"Chizuko - Japan"
 
A traditional Japanese asanoha pattern is in the background. The central figure is taken from an anonymous Japanese art. I have flipped her into an upright, indifferent angle. I wanted to portray her as being brave and looking forward as in the story, Japan, Always in my Heart, by Chizuko Yamada part of Mixed book.
